Where do I start?

Declare your site in the app, then drop in the qm.js script: under 4 KB, five minutes and no identifying or tracking cookies. The installation guide also explains how to adapt loading to your legal basis and covers the WordPress plugin and the Laravel, Symfony and PHP SDKs.

The script is installed but nothing shows up

The most common case: the domain being called does not match the site's declared domain, or the test page was already open before the script was added. The Troubleshooting page walks through the checks in order, from symptom to cause; as a golden rule, collection never returns a visible error to your visitors.

How do I measure conversions?

Send custom events from the browser or the server, then promote them to goals from the site's dashboard. Event properties are made for aggregable values (plan, category, amount), never for identifying data (terms of service, acceptable use).

How do I share a dashboard?

From the site's settings, enable sharing: you get a public read-only link, with no identifying or tracking cookies, optionally password-protected. Available with the Pro features (Pro and Agency plans, trial and beta included); the Agency plan dresses it in your own brand (white label).

How do I get my data out?

The CSV export of the current view is available on every dashboard, and the read API serves your statistics programmatically, with the same Pro features. Your measurement data is yours and stays exportable at any time.

What does the private beta include?

Every approved account enjoys the Pro plan features and limits, free of charge, for the whole duration of the beta. If the beta ends, you will get at least 30 days' notice before having to pick a paid plan (terms, article 2, in French).
