Intellectual property
The Quiet Metrics platform, its trademark, logo, interfaces and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or representation is prohibited.
The client SDKs published under the MIT licence may be reused under the terms of that licence. Measurement data processed for a client remains that client's data.
The Service determines a visitor's country and region from a database queried locally, without any request leaving the server and without the IP address being transmitted to a third party. That database is published by MaxMind under the GeoLite2 licence, whose following attribution is a condition of use: This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

Fonts, stylesheets and measurement scripts are served from our own infrastructure: displaying them transmits no data to any third party.
One exception only, and a deliberate one. The contact and registration forms load the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot widget from challenges.cloudflare.com. Displaying those two pages therefore transmits the visitor's IP address to Cloudflare, as described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. No other page of the site loads anything from a third-party server.
Personal data
Information on processing activities and on individuals' rights is set out in the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the How we count page. The processing of measurements on behalf of clients is governed by the DPA.
Contractual terms
Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Use. Paid subscriptions are governed by the Terms of Sale, which set out in particular the provisions applicable to personal projects and to professional use, withdrawal, and consumer mediation.
