Pricing, plans and limits

Three plans, with no hidden tier and no usage billing. This page also says what a price table never says: what is counted, what is not, and what happens when you go over.

What counts as an event

A page view or a custom event. The counter belongs to the account, across all its sites, and it resets on the first day of the calendar month, in universal time: not your timezone, and not your subscription anniversary.

Not counted

• recognised bots;
• the paths you have excluded;
• your own visits, if you have excluded yourself;
• the same hit received twice less than two seconds apart.

A hit replayed after an outage is never counted twice.

What a site is

A domain you declare and receive a key for. The cap applies at the moment you create one: beyond it, creation is refused.

Let us be precise about downgrading, because the answer is in your favour and we could have kept quiet about it. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing deletes or suspends the sites you already created: they keep being measured. You simply cannot add any more while you are above your new plan's cap.

How long your data stays

Your plan's retention applies to raw data and to statistical aggregates alike, at the same depth. A purge runs every night. Beyond it dashboards stop going back; within it, the CSV export and the read API remain available across the whole depth.

We count in days rather than months, because that is what the code applies, and because a month has no fixed length.

What happens if you go over

A staircase of five steps, and none of them is skipped. Most overages stop at the third.

1. Up to 100% of your quota, everything is analysed, normally.
2. At 80% then 100% of your quota, you get an email. At most one per threshold per month.
3. Above 100%, a grace zone runs up to 120% of the quota. Nothing is lost.
4. Beyond that zone, if this is an isolated overage, nothing changes either: everything keeps being analysed.
5. Limiting only arms after two consecutive calendar months above quota. Only then, and only beyond the grace zone, do incoming hits stop being analysed.

A hit is analysed or it is not. We never measure a fraction of your traffic and scale it up: the hits that are not analysed remain counted and shown in your dashboard, so you can see exactly what was not measured. Nothing already collected is deleted.

An overage is never billed. We do not meter usage, and no counter exists that could.

Moving up a plan lifts the limit immediately, but does not recover the hits already dropped: they were not stored. Going back under quota lifts it at the following month's evaluation.

Who can subscribe today

Business customers only. Online subscription for consumers, associations, unions and works councils is closed until we have joined a consumer mediation scheme, which the law requires before opening an offer to a private individual.

Prices are shown excluding VAT, as is customary between businesses. The inclusive amount in the note applies to France: the rate charged is the one for your own country, and it is computed at payment.

How billing works

A plan change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated over the current period.

Cancellation happens from your account, through our payment provider's portal, and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

After a subscription ends, your data stays readable and exportable for 30 days.

Where the product stands

Registration is open to everyone and needs no invitation, but it opens a request: the account is created pending and only reaches the product after manual approval.

Online subscription is not open: no paid plan can be bought today.

If the beta ends, you will be told at least 30 days in advance. At that point the account returns to free access with no collection until a plan is chosen, and your data stays readable and exportable for 30 days.
